Payment

* Payment must pay within 2 days after winning the auction. We are accepts PayPal, Money Order, Personal Check, Cashier Check and Credit Cards except Discover Card. An 6% sale tax will be charged for all Florida delivery address. Please send all PayPal payment to abcmarts@earthlink.net. Please make all checks payable to Auto Tech USA. All Personal checks are subject to a 10 business days holding period. Orders will be shipped when check is cleared. Please be sure to include the ebay item number, name, address, Email and phone number with your payment. Missing any of the above info could be delay the delivery of your item. * We will ship to US States; Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, PR and other countries will be international rate. Please contact us before bid or buy now. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days after confirmation & verification of your payment information. Tracking info will be emailed to you when it becomes available. Orders are not processed for shipment on weekend and holidays. Combined shipping will only be valid for auction won within a 7 day period and pay together. Combine shipping would be 10% off of the total shipping cost.

* Shipping Insurance is optional but WE HIGHLY RECOMMAND TO PURCHASE, it can avoid problems when packages are damaged, lost or stolen due to shipping transit. WE DO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR UNISURED ITEMS DUE TO SHIPPING TRANSIT.

Refunds – Out Of Stock

* Due to high market demand, Short supply, human error we may be OUT OF STOCK on an item, If this happens you will be notified and given the option to either a full refund or wait for the part to come in 3-15 days with a 10% discount of the item.

Product Return

* We will accept return or exchange item within 14 days from the delivered date refers to tracking number, We do not accept product are used, installed, disassembled, damaged due to incorrect installation or missing parts,etc. Electrical Parts and Components are not returnable (Such as Relays, Mass Air Meters, Modules, Fans, Tensioners, Oxygen Sensors, Ignition Coil, etc.). Shipping and handling are not refundable. Refund will be the bid price with less shipping handling charge and addition 15% restock fee. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping.
